Since Orlove pointed out that
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
had a name, I would love to hear what kind of names you can come up with. Try to keep names as
two word
combinations and you need to use your current vehicle(s)!
I think I’m going to go with the “Land Stander”
and here are the “Generic Bland” and “2XFinity N’Beyond.”

I don’t really have any idea for the Challenger, if I could go over 2 words I would say Three Ton Fun

That’s a nice photograph! It compensates the blandness.

This thing started earlier than 70's. Many serious drag racing machines were already wearing names in early 60's. Maybe it helped announcers and spectators to identify who were racing?
I have always liked the name of Melrose Missile(s). Maybe some weird variation from that as I or my cars are not from Melrose. My example is a ‘63 Plymouth too.

The ’Murlequin is a combination of ’Murica and harlequin , because of its mismatched colors and the fact that those colors happen to be shades of red, white and blue.
But to be honest, if I ever was to go to the trouble of actually painting a name on it, I’d probably just as soon paint the body one color. Boring, I know. I’d probably still refer to it as Merle , though.

Now I'm surprised Roadkill hasn't already done a Rustang. That's a great name.

I drive an Escort, so it would need to be called Lady of the Night. That has a good ring, too.

Haha, I didn’t come up with it. But it does fit that car perfectly.

The LawnCruiser. Didn’t get much offroad use (almost none actually) until very recently. But since that has changed I guess it’s time for a new name...
